Re: What are some of your Pet Peeves

when people tell complete lies about me
when people insult God (especially just to make fun)
when people look down on me
being accused of something completely false
being bullied and seeing others bullied
    peer pressure
when people shine their bright lights at you
when people are loud during class after you are given an assignment and you are trying to work on it, it's very rude and disrespectful
better yet plain disrespect annoys me
when people try to be redneck
Deja Moo: The feeling that you've heard this bull before.

I would have to say the monkey and bunk beds at work. Chained I think you would agree with me on that one.

Especially when they ask us to put em in a friggin YUGO. Other work-related ones: Seeing 5-yr olds with pacifiers in mouths, violent shoplifters, drunks, gossiping soap opera rumor mills, slutty female co-workers who don't understand what no means(before you all get excited here, you'd have to see these creatures)ahh-enough ranting for one night.

    1) spelling/grammar errors.. like "know" or "no" .. "they're" "their" "there"

    2) people who are cheap

    3) snoring

    4) typing that looks like this---> "lyke i think I luv mi self" blah blah and ppl who use !*!** in every sentence.

Re: What are some of your Pet Peeves

    1) Calling to check on something and getting and automated machine, to be told if you need to talk to a representative, press 0. Then your put on hold for 10 mins.

    2) Being on the national do not call list. Then you get a call giving you a Disney Vacation for only 199.00 dollars for two for a week. But only if you do this or that.

    3) Going to any store and having enough items to go through the express lane, to find out it's closed, and only one check out line is open. And your stuck about 50 customers back.

    4) People who just love to stir crap and then run off and hide and act like they have no clue, what or how it all got started.

    5) Basically being told lies, to find out the truth later.

    6) Ending up behind a muddy coal truck, after just having washed a vehicle.

    7) I'll add this just for fun. It's not really a pet peeve but it kills callers. Asking them for their home phone number, that if i decide to take the item. I will call them back, to have them say i can not give out my home number? Why Not? Because i don't like to be called at home. And then saying, really me to. Bye. Then asking the person about the lie and them still deny it. But yet you have the proof that they've lied.

Re: What are some of your Pet Peeves

Oh, and a couple more here:

The word "prolly." The word is PROBABLY! This seems to come from a trend I've noticed of people shortening words down and the new pronunciation taking hold. Well to me, it's just laziness. If you can't say the original word, don't try and sound all hip....you just come across sounding like a fool.

The word "bascally." This word has become a staple when someone is trying to describe something or a situation. Example: "Well, basically....." Let's find a new word to wear out!
